Refund & Cancellation Policy

Everything we sell is a digital product — an ebook, notes, a guide or a bundle — delivered instantly as a downloadable file. Once the file is delivered, it can’t be “returned”, so we follow a simple rule:

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once your purchase has been delivered, including when:

• you changed your mind after buying,
• you have already received or downloaded the files,
• the product turned out to be different from what you expected after reading the description, page previews and sample,
• you bought the wrong product or bought something twice by choice,
• you didn’t get the exam result or outcome you hoped for.

This is why every product page shows what’s inside, real page previews and (where available) a free sample. Please check these before you buy, and email us if you have any question — we’re happy to help you decide.

When we will fix it or refund you

You are always protected when the problem is on our side or in the payment. Email us within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID and we will make it right:

We may ask for a screenshot of the issue so we can fix it quickly.

Cancellations

Products are delivered the moment payment succeeds, so an order can’t be cancelled after payment. If a payment fails or is left pending, no order is created — any amount debited by your bank is reversed automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.

How approved refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. When an order is refunded, its download links stop working.

Lost your files?

That’s not a reason to pay again — use Find my order to get a fresh download link by email, any time your links have expired or run out.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we respond within one working day and will resolve genuine issues faster than a bank dispute. Disputing a valid, delivered purchase with your bank may lead us to share our delivery records (order details, the email the files were sent to, and how many times they were downloaded) with Razorpay and your bank.
